What is the dress code?

The dress varies but we recommend business casual. The Saturday evening dinner and awards ceremony tends to be a bit dressier with some members dressing in business attire and a few going so far as to don a tux or gown.

I have a proxy. What is it and what do I do with it?

When you arrive, check in at the registration desk and then visit the credentials table. You are participating in a very important part of our district’s business as you will be voting during our district council meeting.

Who do I tell about my dietary restrictions?

When you register, please note those. If there are questions, someone from the registration team will contact you.

May my family/friends attend?

Guests are always welcome. Please purchase a guest registration through the online registration option above.
