It’s Time for Winter Training!
The semi-annual Toastmaster training is here! Spread the word, remind club officers and all Toastmasters to attend.
Our winter theme is Mentoring & Membership with information for non-officers as well as club officers.
Do you want a strong, or stronger, club? Toastmasters International, along with District 23 analysis, identified that when a club sends at least four officers to training in the summer and at least four in the winter – the club is a stronger club! Training helps officers ensure club members get the most out of their Toastmaster experience, know how to gain or maintain a strong membership size, and keep up with the paperwork so the club is in good standing.
There is something for the first time club officer and the new Toastmaster as well as the experienced officer. Most locations will have Advanced Officer training for experienced officers and for clubs that elect annually – providing the opportunity to discuss challenges, getting advice, networking with other clubs, and sharing best practices. Everyone learns new ideas to help themselves and/or their clubs!
