Crystal was crowned the Lea County Fair and Rodeo Princess in 2011.

The EnergyPlex is proud to have each of these young ladies present their speeches at the Lovington Open House.   Toastmasters provides a supportive and positive environment where members have the opportunity to develop their communication and leadership skills

After hearing from the Current Queen, Queen Candidate, and Princess Candidate, members and guests will enjoy a regular Toastmasters meeting that will include prepared speeches, Table Topics™ (impromptu speeches) and evaluations.

EnergyPlex Toastmasters member, Tina Honeycutt will serve as both Toastmaster and Topics Master.  Table Topics is a favorite among Toastmasters members.  This is the part of the meeting where people volunteer to be randomly selected to speak for one to two minutes. It helps you think and speak clearly on your feet.”
