The Fall 2013 contests in District 23 will be Humorous Speech and Evaluation. The District contests will take place at the Fall Conference in Santa Fe, NM, October 18 to 20, 2013. Division contests will take place around the end of September or beginning of October. Please see the District 23 calendar for specific dates, times, and locations. Area contests will take place around the middle of September.
Clubs should hold their contests prior to the Area contests.

In Spring 2014, the District 23 contests will be International Speech and Table Topics.
