The deadline for order cards has expired. We had over half the clubs in the district order cards and we’re very excited to deliver them at the Spring 2012 Conference in Las Cruces.
District 23 is purchasing professionally printed business cards for any club that wants them. Think of them as invitation or appointment cards as you hand them out to market your club.
We want to distribute the cards at the Spring Conference in Las Cruces on April 20th to 22nd. Therefore, all requests must be made by Sunday, April 8, 2012 (but sooner than that is better). This gives us the time to format the cards and send them to the printer for printing.
Please have a club officer fill out the form below for your club. Be sure to include your contact information so we can get in touch with you if there are any questions. If more than one person from a club submits information for the cards, we will go with the highest ranking officer from that club. Sample cards are below.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Due to the short time frame we have to work with, we will not be verifying any of the data you type in. No address checking, no spell checking, nothing like that. Please triple check your work before submitting.
- Also, due to the short time frame, we will not be able to accommodate any requests for color changes, different fonts or font sizes, etc. The cards will all use a single, professionally created template that is provided by Toastmasters International.
