Patricia (Pat) Koenig, District 23 Past District Governor, 1983-1984, passed on August 13, 2015.
Ellsworth Rolfs remembers her as “an industrious, focused, supportive and friendly Toastmaster leader.”
“She had a helpful and encouraging moment for anyone,” said Rolfs. “Pat was always there as a resource to help solve those pesky Toastmaster problems. She will be missed.”
