The 2013 District 23 Spring Conference, brought to you in part by Northrop Grumman Corporation and Conn Global Industries, Inc., in Lubbock, TX, wrapped up in spectacular fashion under the guidance of Conference Chair Jef Conn of Lubbock.

The spring conference, held over the weekend of April 26 to 28, 2013, at the Overton Hotel in Lubbock, featured two amazing speech contests, a slew of fantastic presentations, guest appearances by two Toastmasters Past International Presidents, newly minted Distinguished Toastmasters, and a newly elected slate of district officers who are now furiously preparing for the coming Toastmasters’ year.
